Leadership

Pastor Star R. Scott has been the Senior Pastor of Calvary Temple since 1973. He was ordained by the Assemblies of God in 1972. He has conducted ministry around the world, through speaking engagements, television broadcasts and radio programs. Pastor Scott is responsible for the oversight and teaching of Calvary Temple as well as the oversight of a multitude of domestic and international satellite churches. 

Pastor Steve Gardner has been an Associate Pastor at Calvary Temple since 1978. For many years, Pastor Gardner has worked faithfully with Pastor Scott in various ministries. He currently teaches in Discipleship Training and coordinates administrative duties.

Pastor Ron has been an associate pastor at Calvary Temple since his ordination in 1993.  He serves as liaison to the Africa pastoral staff and contributes in special projects.

Pastor Jeff Heglund has been an associate Pastor at Calvary Temple since his ordination in 1994. Since that time, Pastor Heglund has overseen the ministry of the youth and young adult groups and teaches in Discipleship Training. 

Pastor Les has been an associate pastor at Calvary Temple since his ordination in 2004.  He oversees the facilities and special building projects.

Pastor Jonathan Miller has served as an associate to Pastor Scott since his ordination in 2006.  He teaches in Discipleship Training, leads the media ministry and is the worship leader for Calvary Temple.

Waleed Zarou has served as an evangelist since his ordination in 2019.  He oversees local neighborhood outreaches for Calvary Temple.
